What we did was refocus their copy points toward delivery of the main benefits they provide, which are reducing costs and increasing profits by providing reliable and cost-effective outsourcing of warehousing and logistics tasks. We quantifled their benefits to be more obvious and believable.
We had a new logo created and refreshed the look and feel to be more visually appealing and user-friendly.
We also created an email flyer and campaign that inceased their business by 30% in the first few weeks.

What we did was refocus their copy points toward delivery of the main benefit they provide, which is getting the client into his or her dream home quickly with a minimum of hassle.
It would have been even better if they could have quantified "We have several loan options available..." with a specific number of options, e.g.: "We have 17 loan options available..."
The more quantifiable you are, the more believable you will be.
It was Dalfort Media that came up with the idea of the "No Surprise Closing" articulation of their "Only-One Advantage."

Finally, I beefed up the guarantee and provided multiple buying links.
